What I Would Do If I Were Diagnosed with Cancer or an Extreme Autoimmune Disease

What I Would Do If I Were Diagnosed with Cancer or an Extreme Autoimmune Disease

There is a particular kind of silence that falls when a diagnosis lands. The room goes quiet. The words autoimmune, chronic, incurable, lifelong management hang in the air, and something inside you contracts. I know that silence. I have lived inside my own version of it.

So I want to speak to you the way I would speak to myself — not from a place of fear, but from the deep knowing that the body is not betraying you. It is asking you for something. An autoimmune flare is the body turning its immense intelligence inward, confused about what is self and what is threat. Our work is not to suppress that intelligence. It is to help the body remember.

What follows is what I would do — what I have done in my own healing — to support the terrain beneath an autoimmune storm. I want to be clear and honest with you from the very first breath of this piece: none of this is a replacement for the care of a skilled physician. If you have been diagnosed with an extreme autoimmune condition, you need a relationship with a doctor you trust, and the foundational protocol they offer you matters. What I am sharing here is the terrain work — the soil beneath the plant — that I believe can run alongside good medical care and help your body find its way home.

Take what resonates. Leave what does not. And please, move through all of this with your own support team beside you.

Why Your Doctor Will Never Find the Root Cause of Your Chronic Illness (And What Actually Shows Up When You Scan the Body as a Whole Electromagnetic Field)

Why Your Doctor Will Never Find the Root Cause of Your Chronic Illness (And What Actually Shows Up When You Scan the Body as a Whole Electromagnetic Field)

I want to begin with something that might be the most validating thing anyone has ever said to you about your health:

You are not imagining it.

You are not anxious. You are not a hypochondriac. You are not "just getting older." You are not depressed because of your circumstances, and your fatigue is not because you need to sleep more or stress less or try harder at self-care.

Something is wrong. You have known it for years. And the system that was supposed to help you find it has, repeatedly, failed to do so.

I know this because I lived it. And because after six years of scanning bodies as whole electromagnetic fields — over 500 people, across six continents, from newborns to women in their seventies — I understand exactly why the system keeps failing. Not because the doctors are bad. Not because the technology doesn't exist. But because conventional medicine is measuring the wrong things, in the wrong way, with the wrong framework.

This post is my attempt to explain what I mean by that — and to offer you a different framework entirely.

I've Scanned Over 500 People Using Only Their Voice and Photo. Here's the Pattern That Shows Up in Almost Every Single One.

I've Scanned Over 500 People Using Only Their Voice and Photo. Here's the Pattern That Shows Up in Almost Every Single One.

I need to tell you something that took me six years of daily clinical work to feel confident enough to say out loud.

Not because I wasn't sure of it. I've been sure of it for years. I held back because I knew how it would sound — a former NASA neuroscience researcher, a woman who studied cognitive neuroscience at UCSD, standing up and saying: the root cause of most chronic illness is something conventional medicine refuses to look for.

But after scanning over 500 people — from Maui to Montreal, from Trieste to Thailand, from new mothers with newborns on their laps to men who have been suffering for twenty years with a diagnosis that explains nothing — I can't stay quiet about it anymore.

The pattern is too consistent. Too coherent. Too undeniable.

Here's what I keep seeing.

Terrain Theory — Why Conventional Medicine Has Been Asking the Wrong Question for 150 Years

Terrain Theory — Why Conventional Medicine Has Been Asking the Wrong Question for 150 Years

I want to start with a story most people have never heard.

In the 1800s there were two scientists. Both French. Both brilliant. Both asking the same fundamental question about disease — but arriving at completely opposite answers.

The first was Louis Pasteur. You know his name. His theory — germ theory — became the foundation of modern medicine. The idea is simple: specific microorganisms cause specific diseases. Find the germ. Kill the germ. That is medicine.

The second was Antoine Béchamp. You probably have not heard of him. His theory — terrain theory — was largely buried by the pharmaceutical empire that Pasteur's framework made possible. Béchamp's idea was different: the microorganism is not the primary driver of disease. The environment in which the organism exists — the internal terrain of the body — determines everything. Change the terrain and the organism cannot cause harm.

Here is what most people do not know.

There is a widely reported account that on his deathbed, Pasteur said:

"Bernard was right. The microbe is nothing. The terrain is everything."

Whether he said it or not — and historians have debated this for a century — what is not debatable is this: 150 years of medicine built on germ theory has not been able to explain why some people get sick and others do not. Why the same virus devastates one body and barely touches another. Why chronic illness, autoimmune disease, and cancer are epidemic in a world with more antibiotics, antivirals, and medical interventions than at any point in human history.

Terrain theory explains it.

And it is the framework that has guided everything I do — and everything I have learned from six years of scanning my own body and hundreds of client scans.

What Six Years of Daily Bioresonance Scanning Taught Me — Part 2: The Nervous System Is the Master Switch

I want to tell you something that took me a long time to fully understand.

You can do everything right.

The cleanses. The protocols. The supplements. The antiparasitic cycles timed to the moon. The liver flushes. The diet. The bioresonance sessions. All of it.

And if your nervous system is still running in chronic threat response — none of it will land the way it should.

This is not motivational speaking. This is what I watched on a screen, every single day, for six years.

What I Have Learned from Scanning Myself with a Bioresonance Machine Every Day for Six Years

What I Have Learned from Scanning Myself with a Bioresonance Machine Every Day for Six Years

We are not solid. We are not fixed. We are a living, breathing, constantly shifting field of electromagnetic information — and every thought, every emotion, every encounter, every meal, every unspoken truth is writing itself into our frequency in real time.

Six years ago I began scanning myself with a quantum bioresonance device every single day.

Not because I was sick. Not because I was looking for a specific answer. But because the near-death experience in San Francisco in 2016 had shown me something I could not unsee — the body as a sacred electromagnetic field of extraordinary intelligence — and I needed to understand what I was actually looking at every time I ran a scan on a client.

So I became my own laboratory.

Six years. Every day. Watching my electromagnetic terrain shift in response to everything — the food I ate, the emotions I processed, the arguments I had and did not have, the grief I moved through and the grief I held, the parasites clearing in layers, the liver opening flush by flush, the nervous system slowly — so slowly — learning to feel safe again.

What I have learned is beyond anything I could have understood from a textbook, a course, or a clinical training.

This post is my attempt to share the most important of it.

10 Ways to Heal Depression Naturally — What Conventional Medicine Never Tells You

You have done the therapy. You have tried the antidepressants — or decided against them. You have built the morning routine, done the breathwork, addressed the trauma.

And yet the depression is still there. The flatness. The heaviness. The disconnection from joy that no amount of mindset work seems to fully lift.

What if the missing piece is not psychological at all?

What if something living in your gut — in your liver, in your bile ducts, in the specific neurochemical architecture of your terrain — is producing the mood disruption that conventional psychiatry has never been equipped to investigate?

This is not a fringe theory. This is emerging science. And it is one of the most consistently significant findings in my clinical bioresonance practice — the relationship between physical terrain and mental health that conventional medicine has never connected.

Here are the ten root cause interventions that actually address what is driving depression at the terrain level.

I Did 40 Liver Flushes. Here Is What Actually Came Out — And Why It Changed Everything I Understood About Disease

The liver is not just a detox organ. It is the terrain upon which every other healing intervention either succeeds or fails. After 40 liver flushes over eight years — and what I found floating in the toilet bowl each time — I understand why almost every chronic illness begins and ends here.

I need to warn you that this post contains graphic descriptions of what comes out of a human body during a liver and gallbladder flush.

I am not going to apologise for that.

Because what comes out — and what it means — is one of the most important things I have ever seen in eight years of clinical practice and my own personal healing journey. And the reason most people never know about it is precisely because it is graphic, and uncomfortable, and completely incompatible with the story conventional medicine tells about the liver.

The story that says your liver enzymes are normal therefore your liver is fine.

The story that says gallstones are a surgical problem that appears suddenly in middle age rather than the predictable accumulation of decades of impaired bile flow.

The story that says the green, brown, and cream-coloured stones that float in the toilet after a liver flush cannot possibly be gallstones because gallstones are too hard to pass this way.

I have done 40 liver flushes. I know what comes out. And I know what it means for every chronic illness I have ever worked with.

This is that story.

Can Parasites Cause Depression and Anxiety? The Gut-Brain-Parasite Connection Nobody Is Talking About

You have done the therapy. You have tried the antidepressants — or decided against them. You have read the books, done the breathwork, built the morning routine, addressed the trauma, cleaned up the diet.

And yet the anxiety is still there. Low-grade, persistent, humming beneath the surface of every day. Or the depression — not dramatic, not crisis-level, but a flatness, a heaviness, a disconnection from joy that no amount of mindset work seems to fully lift.

What if the missing piece is not psychological at all?

What if something living in your gut — in your liver, in your intestinal tissue, in the nervous system itself — is producing the neurochemical disruption driving your mood disorder?

This is not a fringe theory. This is emerging science. And it is one of the most consistently significant findings in my clinical bioresonance practice — the relationship between parasitic infection and mental health symptoms that conventional psychiatry has never been equipped to investigate.

How to Choose a Holistic Health Program — The Complete Framework for Finding Root Cause Healing That Actually Works

You have been navigating chronic illness for long enough to know that not all healing programs are equal.

You have probably tried some of them. The elimination diet that produced temporary relief before symptoms returned. The detox protocol that made you feel worse without explaining why. The functional medicine program that ran every test imaginable and still could not find what was driving your picture. The wellness program that addressed your mindset beautifully but never touched the physical terrain.

You are not looking for another program that manages your symptoms more elegantly.

You are looking for something that finds the root cause — and removes it.

This post is the framework for identifying exactly that. The questions to ask. The red flags to avoid. The specific elements that distinguish a program capable of genuine resolution from one that will produce another chapter of sophisticated symptom management.

What My Near-Death Experience Taught Me About the Body — And Why I Will Never See Illness the Same Way Again

I have been trying to write this post for years.

Not because I do not know what to say — but because what happened in San Francisco in 2016 exists at the edges of language. It belongs to a category of human experience that words approach but never fully contain. The mystics know this. The people who have been there know this.

And yet — what I learned in those moments has become the clinical and spiritual foundation of everything I now do. Every bioresonance scan I run. Every protocol I build. Every conversation I have with a client who has been dismissed, medicated, and told that what they are experiencing cannot be measured.

So I am going to try.

Candida Overgrowth — The Hidden Gut Infection Driving Your Chronic Symptoms

You have been told you are healthy. Your blood tests are normal. Your colonoscopy was clear. Your gastroenterologist found nothing remarkable.

And yet your gut tells a different story every single day.

The bloating that arrives regardless of what you eat. The brain fog that descends after meals like a curtain being drawn. The sugar and carbohydrate cravings that override every intention you set. The fatigue that is somehow worse after eating. The white coating on your tongue in the morning. The skin that breaks out in ways that change with your diet. The vaginal infections that keep returning. The anxiety that has no external cause. The inability to lose weight despite eating less than everyone around you.

This is the picture of candida overgrowth — one of the most common, most disruptive, and most consistently misdiagnosed chronic infections in the modern body.

And it is almost never addressed at the root.

Chronic Parasitic Infection for 20 Years — How Bioresonance Found What Three Ultrasounds Missed

I grew up on a fully organic farm in Sonora, California — golden foothill country, just outside Yosemite, where the land was clean and wild and beautiful. No chemicals. No sprays. Just rich soil, open pasture, creek water, and animals.

It was an idyllic childhood.

And somewhere in that idyll — in the tall grass, on the back of a tick — something entered my body that quietly opened a door.

Lyme disease. Childhood. The kind that goes undiagnosed, untreated, and leaves the immune system permanently altered — a terrain made newly hospitable to things that wouldn't otherwise take hold.

That door, once opened, let other things in.

I just didn't know it yet. Not for a very long time.

The Womb Remembers: A Deep Dive into Womb Priestess Practice

What does it actually look like to treat your body as a temple?

Not as a metaphor. Not as a wellness slogan. But as a lived practice — with rituals, invocations, altars, fire, and your own two hands?

I've been sitting with this question for years. Since long before I understood what womb healing meant. Since the early days of my own unraveling — the illness, the loss, the searching. And eventually, through ceremony and deep listening, I began to find my way back to the answer.

It looks like this: you place your hands below your navel. You breathe. You speak out loud to the part of yourself that has been waiting, silently, to be acknowledged. And something — quietly, unmistakably — shifts.

The Priestess Womb Wisdom Temple Handbook is my attempt to give that practice a home. 107 pages of actual ceremony, ritual, invocation, and embodied practice — the kind of thing you do, not just read about.

This post pulls back the curtain and shares some of what's inside. Consider it an initiation into the work.

Adrenal Fatigue — Why You Are Exhausted No Matter How Much You Rest

You sleep eight hours and wake up exhausted. You push through the morning on caffeine and adrenaline. You crash in the afternoon — hard. You get a second wind around 10pm and cannot fall asleep until midnight or later. You are tired but wired. Exhausted but unable to fully rest.

Your blood tests are normal. Your thyroid panel is fine. Your doctor has no explanation. You have been told you are simply stressed — as if stress is a diagnosis rather than a symptom.

This pattern has a name. It is called adrenal fatigue — or more precisely, HPA axis dysregulation — and it is one of the most common and most consistently unaddressed root causes of chronic exhaustion, hormonal dysfunction, immune dysregulation, and the inability to recover from illness that I encounter in clinical practice.

This post is the framework that conventional medicine does not have — and the one that actually leads to resolution.

Estrogen Dominance — The Hidden Hormonal Imbalance Behind Your Symptoms

You feel it in your body — even if no one has given it a name yet.

The weight that accumulates around your hips and belly despite a clean diet and regular exercise. The PMS that has been getting progressively worse — the mood swings, the breast tenderness, the bloating that begins a week before your period and refuses to fully resolve. The periods that are heavier than they used to be, or more irregular, or both. The fatigue that is worst in the first half of your cycle. The anxiety that spikes seemingly without reason. The brain fog that clouds your thinking on days when you should feel clear. The fibroids or endometriosis that your gynaecologist has attributed to genetics and offered to manage with the pill.

This constellation of symptoms has a name. It is called estrogen dominance — and it is one of the most common and most consistently mismanaged hormonal conditions in modern medicine.

Your Thyroid Is Not the Problem — What Is Actually Behind Your Thyroid Symptoms

You are exhausted regardless of how much you sleep. Your hair is thinning. You are cold when everyone else is comfortable. You have gained weight despite eating well and exercising. Your brain feels like it is wrapped in cotton wool — slow, foggy, unreliable. Your mood is low in a way that feels biochemical rather than situational. Your digestion is sluggish. Your periods are irregular. Your skin is dry.

You have had your thyroid tested. Your TSH is normal. Your doctor has told you your thyroid is fine.

And yet every single symptom you are experiencing is a textbook description of hypothyroidism.

This is one of the most common and most consistently distressing experiences I encounter in clinical practice — the person whose body is clearly in a hypothyroid state, whose quality of life is significantly impaired by symptoms that any thyroid textbook would recognise, but whose standard thyroid panel returns results that fall within the reference range and therefore, in the conventional medical model, require no treatment and have no explanation.

This post is for you. It is the explanation your doctor did not have — and the framework that actually leads to resolution.

The Root Cause of Autoimmune Disease — What Your Rheumatologist Never Told You

You have been given a diagnosis. Hashimoto's. Lupus. Rheumatoid arthritis. Multiple sclerosis. Fibromyalgia. Coeliac disease. Sjögren's syndrome. Psoriasis. Crohn's disease. One of the dozens of named conditions that fall under the umbrella of autoimmune disease — conditions in which the immune system, rather than protecting the body, appears to have turned against it.

You have been told that this is what your body does now. That it is chronic. Probably genetic. Manageable with medication but not reversible. That the goal of treatment is to suppress the immune system's activity — to dampen the attack — because the underlying cause is unknown and the dysfunction itself is assumed to be permanent.

I want to offer you a completely different framework.

Not because the conventional model is entirely wrong — but because it is asking the wrong question. It is asking "how do we suppress this immune response?" when the question that actually leads to recovery is "what is the immune system responding to?"

How I Healed from Lyme Disease — and What I Wish Someone Had Told Me

I was ten years old when a tick buried itself behind my right ear on my family's farm in California.

It stayed there for days — hidden in my hair, feeding silently — before my dad noticed it and removed it himself. The telltale bull's eye rash appeared around the bite site — the classic erythema migrans that is the unmistakable signature of Borrelia burgdorferi infection. No doctor visit. No antibiotics. No follow-up. A tick removed from a farm kid in rural California, and life went on as normal.

But Lyme disease does not simply go away when the tick is removed. It goes underground.

For the next six years, something shifted quietly in my body. By the time I was sixteen, the first autoimmune symptoms had begun to emerge — the kind of diffuse, multi-system complaints that doctors struggle to categorise and parents struggle to understand. Fatigue that seemed disproportionate. Digestive issues that came and went without explanation. A sense that my body was reacting to things it should have been able to handle. The slow, insidious unravelling of a system that had been compromised at its root — a root that no one had thought to look for.

By twenty-six, my body had reached its limit.
